GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE TICKET SALES

 

PREAMBLE

 

🐼 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) exclusively govern the sale of admission tickets to the Zoo Art Show exhibition, organised by Zoo Art Show Paris, with registered office at 92 cours Vitton, 69006 Lyon, SIRET: 93156263100016, registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 931 562 631, represented by its director Antoine Roblot.

🐼 The exhibition takes place at: 4 place de La Défense, 92800 Puteaux.

 

ARTICLE 1 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS

 

🐼 Purchasing tickets via https://tickets.zooartshow.com/fr implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs by the consumer, defined as any natural person of legal age, acting for personal and non-commercial purposes. The customer declares to have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and acknowledges having read these T&Cs before confirming the order.

 

ARTICLE 2 – PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS

 

🐼 2.1 Ticket prices are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. They include handling fees but may exclude optional processing fees (e.g. postal delivery). 

🐼 2.2 Several pricing categories may be offered (full price, reduced rate, family pack, child rate, etc.). The applicable rate is the one displayed at the time of the order. Anyone benefiting from a special rate must present valid proof at entry upon request. No group rate is available via the website. For visits with more than 12 people, please email contact@zooartshow.com. 

🐼 2.3 Payment is made in full, in euros only, by credit card on the website. Accepted cards: CB, Visa, Mastercard. 

🐼 2.4 No ticket will be issued without full payment. Tickets remain the property of the organiser until payment is received. 

🐼 2.5 Unless otherwise stated, a person may not reserve more than 11 tickets per order. 

🐼 2.6 Zoo Art Show Paris reserves the right to modify ticket prices at any time. Tickets will be charged based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation. 

🐼 2.7 Options and products may be added at the end of the order. Their description and price are shown during checkout. By selecting them, you accept their respective terms and pricing.
 

ARTICLE 3 – TICKET DISTRIBUTION METHODS
 

🐼 3.1 The "MY CART" page allows you to review your order. If needed, you may cancel it before payment. Unpaid tickets do not constitute a confirmed reservation. 

🐼 3.2 Tickets are delivered as e-tickets or m-tickets. If a paper copy is desired, it must be printed in good quality on A4 paper. 

🐼 3.3 Each ticket contains a unique barcode for single access. Duplication, resale, or fraud may result in denied entry without refund.

 

ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT SECURITY

 

🐼 4.1 Payments are processed through Wordline and its Ogone system, secured by SSL protocol. 

🐼 4.2 For fraud prevention, 3D Secure authentication (Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode) is used. Please check with your bank regarding the authentication procedure.

 

ARTICLE 5 – CONDITIONS OF ACCESS TO THE EXHIBITION

🐼 5.1 Tickets are only valid for the reserved date and time slot. Please arrive 5 minutes early. 

🐼 5.2 Exiting the venue is final unless authorised. 

🐼 5.3 ID or proof may be requested for special rate verification. 

🐼 5.4 Access may be denied to those not complying with safety or conduct rules. Dangerous items, illegal substances, and bulky luggage are prohibited. Security checks (visual inspection or pat-down) may occur. 

Prohibited items include:

Fireworks

Knives or sharp objects

Plastic/glass bottles, cans

Alcohol

Food

Aerosols and markers Refusal to dispose of prohibited items will result in denied entry without refund. Touching artworks is forbidden. Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited. The venue may expel any disruptive individuals without refund. 

🐼 5.5 Use of recording devices may be restricted. 

🐼 5.6 Visitors may be subject to pat-downs and bag inspections. 

🐼 5.7 Visitors may appear in media during filming or broadcasting.

 

ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION, AND REFUNDS

 

🐼 6.1 In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Tickets are personal and non-transferable. 

🐼 6.2 Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded. 

🐼 6.3 No compensation will be granted if a rescheduling solution is offered. 

🐼 6.4 Damaged or illegible tickets will be considered invalid. Only the first scanned ticket is valid. Ticket forgery is illegal.

 

ARTICLE 7 – PERSONAL DATA

 

🐼 7.1 Data collected is used solely for order processing and legal obligations. 

🐼 7.2 In accordance with GDPR, you have rights to access, rectify, object to, erase, and transfer your data. To exercise these rights, contact: contact@zooartshow.com
 

ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY
 

🐼 8.1 The organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused tickets. 

🐼 8.2 Visitors are liable for any damage they cause. 

🐼 8.3 No compensation is due in the event of force majeure (strikes, weather, health crises, etc.).

 

ARTICLE 9 – DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW

 

🐼 9.1 These T&Cs are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of the organiser's registered office.
