GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE TICKET SALES

PREAMBLE
 

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) exclusively govern the sale of entry tickets to the Zoo Art Show exhibition, organised by the company Zoo Art Show Paris, whose registered office is located at 92 cours Vitton, 69006 Lyon, France, SIRET: 93156263100016, registered with the RCS of Lyon under number 931 562 631, and represented by its director, Antoine Roblot.

The exhibition is held at the following address: 4 place de la Défense, 92800 Puteaux, France.

 

ARTICLE 1 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Purchasing tickets via the website https://tickets.zooartshow.com/fr implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the purchaser, defined as any adult individual acting for personal, non-commercial purposes. The customer declares that they have the legal capacity to contract and acknowledges having read and accepted these T&Cs prior to confirming their order.

 

ARTICLE 2 – PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

2.1 Ticket prices are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. They include management fees but may exclude optional handling fees (e.g. postal delivery).

2.2 Several ticket categories may be offered (standard, reduced, family pack, child rate, etc.). The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of purchase. Any person entitled to a discounted rate must present valid proof at entry. No group rate is available via the site. For group visits of more than 12 people, please email:

2.3 For certain events such as afterworks, you may receive vouchers upon presentation of your ticket or at the same time. These will be distributed on-site upon arrival.

2.4 Payment is made in full, exclusively in euros, by bank card on the website. Accepted cards are CB, Visa, and Mastercard.

2.5 No ticket will be sent or issued without full payment. The ticket remains the property of the organiser until full payment has been received.

2.6 Unless otherwise specified, no more than 11 tickets may be booked per order, or the maximum number indicated for certain events.

2.7 Zoo Art Show Paris reserves the right to modify ticket prices at any time. Tickets will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

2.8 Options and additional products: Items and options may be added at checkout. Descriptions and prices are clearly stated during the purchase process. By ticking the appropriate boxes or accepting the offer, you agree to the relevant terms and pricing.

 

ARTICLE 3 – TICKET DELIVERY METHODS

3.1 The "MY BASKET" page summarises your order and allows you to check the details. If it does not meet your expectations, you can cancel by clicking the "Cancel" button. Note that no ticket is reserved or valid until payment has been completed.

3.2 Electronic tickets: Tickets are purchased online and are immediately available as e-tickets or m-tickets. If the customer wants a printed version, it must be printed in good quality on A4 paper.

3.3 Each ticket includes a unique barcode allowing single access. Any duplication, resale or fraud will result in denied access without refund.

 

ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT SECURITY

4.1 Zoo Art Show has entrusted its payment system to Wordline via Ogone, a provider specialised in secure online payments. Your banking information is protected by SSL protocol, ensuring authentication and encrypted transmission for confidentiality.

4.2 In line with anti-fraud measures, 3D Secure (also known as Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode) is implemented. This is a free service and may be activated for payments using CB, Visa, and Mastercard. Each bank has its own authentication method; please consult your bank for details.

 

ARTICLE 5 – EXHIBITION ENTRY CONDITIONS

5.1 Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and time slot selected. Late arrivals may be denied entry without refund.

5.2 All exits are final unless explicitly authorised by staff.

5.3 ID may be required, especially to verify eligibility for discounted rates.

5.4 The organiser reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who does not comply with safety or conduct rules. Dangerous objects, illegal substances, and bulky luggage are not permitted. Security checks may include bag inspections or pat-downs by trained staff. Refusal to comply will result in denied entry without refund.

Prohibited items include:

Pyrotechnics

Knives and sharp objects

Plastic or glass bottles

Alcoholic beverages

Cans and bottles

All types of food

Aerosols and markers

Visitors refusing to surrender banned items will be denied entry without refund. Touching the artworks is strictly prohibited.

Smoking, vaping, and consumption of illegal substances are forbidden on the premises.
The organiser reserves the right to expel anyone disrupting the peace or not complying with the rules — without refund.

5.5 For security or image rights reasons, the use of cameras, recording devices or similar may be restricted.

5.6 Bag inspections and pat-downs may be conducted at entry. Items forbidden by venue rules will be confiscated or denied entry.

5.7 Visitors are advised that filming or TV broadcasting may take place and their image may be captured.

 

ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION, AND REFUNDS

6.1 In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, tickets do not qualify for a right of withdrawal. Tickets are personal and non-transferable.

6.2 Tickets cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded — even in the case of loss or theft.

6.3 No compensation will be provided in the event of date or time changes if an alternative is offered.

6.4 Tickets that are damaged, soiled, illegible or only partially printed will be deemed invalid. Each ticket is scanned and registered upon entry; only the first person presenting the ticket will be admitted. Ticket counterfeiting is illegal and punishable by law.

 

ARTICLE 7 – PERSONAL DATA

7.1 Personal data collected for ticketing is strictly used for order processing, customer service, and legal obligations.

ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY

8.1 The organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen, or fraudulent tickets.

8.2 Each visitor is responsible for any damage they may cause at the venue.

8.3 In the event of force majeure (strikes, weather, health crises, etc.), no compensation shall be due.

 

ARTICLE 9 – DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction lies with the courts of the organiser's registered office.
